Guest performers at BellyBliss @ Madame Jo Jo's Belly dance showcase 28 February 2010:

Tara Ibrahim

Tara has 10 years professional belly dance experience. She has worked worldwide including contacts in Egypt and Palestine. Highlights include performing for the Royal Family of Brunei, Sultan of Oman, and members of the Saudi and Jordanian Royal family. Tara is the producer to the Arabian Dance Theatre Company, which last year became the first western Arabic dance group to make Arabic headlines.

Saffron                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Saffron dances from her heart with a pure joy of performing in a predominantly Egyptian oriental style.

She is ever eager to explore new styles and exciting moves and is passionate in her dancing, imbibing all who watch with a love and admiration for this beautifully sensuous art form.

Saffron has performed for many club nights, corporate events, private parties, themed events, hen nights and charity fundraisers and is a regular performer in several central London restaurants.

Emperatriz 
Emperatriz is a Venezuelan dancer who from a young age developed a skill in dance. Beginning with ballet she started to explore the world of dance in various styles including salsa, meringue, bachata, jazz, flamenco, and the lovely belly dance. She most enjoys the fusion between belly dance and flamenco, reggeton and ballet.

Francesca                                                                                                                                                                     

Francesca has been dancing for almost two years and performing for a few months, and enjoys experimenting with different styles of dance, especially Spanish and gypsy genres.

Setsuna

Setsuna is a dynamic performer and attentive instructor. Her studies and repertoire cover many dance styles and extends from Brazil to China and many places in between!

Aurora Jouanin
Originally from Corsica, France, her influences are many and varied – she has travelled in places as varied as Egypt, India, Morocco, Argentina and Easter Island – all places with very unique and distinctive dance styles.

Aurora's choreographies include several fusion pieces which blend traditional Bellydance motifs with surprising and uplifting modern twists.

Aurora is a talented and mesmerising London-based bellydancer, choreographer and teacher. She is also the director of Aurora Bellydance Entertainment Agency.
