Helen also studied tribal and Bollywood before returning to London in 2007 and joining the BellyBliss Allstars.
Helen teaches Level 2 and 3 on Mondays at LA Fitness Piccadilly. A keen Egyptologist and linguist, she has an in-depth knowledge of belly dance and her joy of belly dance pervades her teaching.
